About the Role- Match invoices to purchase orders received into the system by stores
- Process manual invoices not receipted into the system
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements to accounts payable ledger
- Resolve discrepancies with supplier statements
- Liaise with Purchasing to address price and quantity queries on invoices
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payments runs
- Ensure adherence to internal control procedures
- Manage payment of all duty travel expenses
- Audit and report on the weekly stock cycle count
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role and environment
- AAT qualification or equivalent desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy and system understanding
- Motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Invoice processing and reconciliation
- Purchase order management
- Financial systems and software
- Payroll and expense management
