Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Care Team Leader to support our residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and other special needs. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations within a residential disability service, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff supervision, service quality, and the delivery of person-centred care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily supervision, guidance, and performance oversight to frontline staff.">
  • Manage staff rosters, resource use, and volunteer engagement to support service delivery.">

Essential Requirements:

  • ">
  • A relevant QQI Level 7 qualification or equivalent.">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management/supervisory role.">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in disability or social care services.">
  • A full driver's licence and access to own vehicle.">
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, person-centred practices, and risk management.">
