As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine preventative maintenance contracts on a range of medical devices in designated hospitals and healthcare facilities.


">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Carry out complete preventative maintenance, first-line repair, and limited clinical support for medical devices.
  • Liaise with customer support administration on a regular basis, provide engineers reports, and all relevant documentation for further processing and invoicing.
  • Proactively manage customer relations with particular emphasis on communication, prompt, and timely delivery of contract visits, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training courses provided locally and at various manufacturers' facilities abroad.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant Company Quality procedures and protocols associated with Navision, a group-wide IT system.

">Role Requirements:">

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

  • NFQ Level 5-6 qualification (or equivalent experience) in Electronic servicing, mechatronics, Physics, or related discipline.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for IT and networking would be an advantage.
  • Experience in medical device service or electronic equipment would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused, with good communication skills – written and oral.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player.
