Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
Job Summary:- Act as the primary relationship manager for institutional investors and wealth managers.
- Lead the execution of business development strategies across Europe.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Organise and manage roadshows, prospect meetings, and educational sessions.
- Collaborate with investment teams to deliver tailored pitches and market insights.
- Drive digital engagement and oversee the development of client-facing materials.
- Fluency in Italian or German is strongly preferred, along with an established network of investors in these regions.
- 4-10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and European distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
