Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet evolving compliance standards across multiple regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead efforts in navigating and implementing global software-based regulatory requirements.

  • You'll monitor emerging software-related regulations through industry workgroups, associations, and regulatory outlets.
  • You'll provide regular updates and strategic guidance during internal regulatory tracking calls.
  • You'll coordinate with business units and digital teams to communicate upcoming compliance requirements.
  • You'll serve as a subject matter expert on software-based product certifications, offering technical guidance and support.
  • You'll liaise with industry groups, regulatory agencies, and legal counsel to resolve certification-related queries.
  • You'll lead or support project management for the rollout and verification of new software compliance requirements.
  • You'll facilitate readiness tracking calls across business units and digital teams.
  • You'll review and approve product readiness for certifications such as UK PSTI, France/Italy parental controls, EU RED Cyber, and EU AI Act.
  • You'll respond to customer inquiries and bid requests concerning software-based regulations.
  • You'll address queries from governmental surveillance authorities regarding software certifications.
Requirements:
  • You'll hold a Bachelor's degree in Software/Engineering or Regulatory Compliance-related field or have commensurate experience.
  • You'll have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development or regulatory compliance role.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Android OS imaging and system integration is a plus.
  • You'll be able to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory frameworks to internal policies and operational practices.
  • You'll have proven project management success, working with multiple, diverse teams, excellent communication and presentation skills.
