Job Description:

The Quality Specialist will provide high-quality support in maintaining our Electronic Quality Management System across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the quality team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing for and assisting with regulatory audits
  • Providing quality and compliance support during client audits
  • Managing the quality mailbox, vendor, and product creations
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for deviations, CAPAs, and change management

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in medicines management, good distribution practice, or regulatory affairs and possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in GDP, GMP, GCP, and GVP.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A third-level qualification in Pharmacy/Science
  • Experience in medicines management, good distribution practice, or regulatory affairs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
