Lead Sports Program Director

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage a comprehensive sports program, ensuring it meets the needs and interests of the district and community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement instructional plans to enhance student athletes' abilities in assigned sports.
  2. Supervise and coordinate athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote individual growth and teamwork.
  3. Collaborate with other school staff to establish instructional goals and objectives for student athletes.
  4. Evaluate students' athletic abilities and set performance criteria for competition.
  5. Ensure compliance with all necessary safety protocols and regulations.
  6. Monitor and enforce student eligibility criteria for extracurricular participation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three to five years of coaching experience.
