Site Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5+ years experience working as a Site Engineer and possess a strong understanding of construction techniques.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish construction works on site and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and engineering regulations.
- Collaborate with consultants, quantity surveyors, and the site/design team to identify information gaps and develop timely solutions.
- Assist with site inspections and maintenance across Leinster and the North East.
- Minimum 1.5+ years relevant experience as a Site Engineer.
- Civil/Structural engineering degree.
- Experience on medium to large projects.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, competent in set out, survey & level, temporary works coordination.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the organization.
- Experience using TotalStation.
- Good administrative, report writing, and IT skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
