Job Role: Site Development Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site development works are completed in line with project specifications and regulations.

You will oversee the setting out and checking of works, as required for the project, and ensure that all trades perform their tasks to a high standard.

Liaise with subcontractors and site personnel to plan daily tasks and supervise the work of tradespeople on site.

Act as a point of contact for architects, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Maintain high standards of health and safety on site and support the Project Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed on time and to a high quality.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience working as an engineer in the Irish construction industry, with a focus on site development and management.
  • Proficiency in using setting out instruments and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey, and level, temporary works coordination.
