- As a residential development engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out, leveling, and surveying the construction site.
- Overseeing site operations and ensuring work is completed in line with design specifications.
- Managing site materials and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Liaising with architects and consultants to resolve technical queries.
- Monitoring health and safety standards on-site.
- Preparing detailed site reports and maintaining records of daily progress.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a residential development engineer, ideally within residential or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in surveying equipment and CAD software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
