Operations Director Role

A seasoned Operations Director with expertise in Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction is sought to spearhead our client's growing operations based in North Kildare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking full ownership of the business' day-to-day operational performance and ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Overseeing production workflows from order intake to delivery, streamlining processes for improved profitability.
  • Optimising production processes, managing client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and to specification.
  • Leading and developing a skilled team to maintain high performance and morale, driving growth through continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Operations Leadership in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and QC best practices.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement within a production environment, skilled in workflow scheduling, job costing, and team leadership.
  • Commercially aware with a focus on profitability and efficiency, knowledge of Health & Safety compliance in a manufacturing/workshop setting.
