
Human Capital Strategist

Responsibilities Overview:
- Support executive teams in matters related to human capital.
- Identify and address HR challenges, providing practical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate the rollout of HR initiatives across multiple regions.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems globally.
- Ensure smooth operations of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, transfers, and exits.
- Comply with local employment laws and company policies, escalating risks when necessary.
- Collaborate with legal teams and external advisors on employment-related issues.
Employee Relations & Culture:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support investigations and provide fair, consistent recommendations on employee relations matters.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Talent Management & Development:
- Contribute to succession planning and talent review discussions.
- Develop retention strategies and initiatives to minimize turnover in key roles.
- Assist in coordinating the performance management process.
- Partner with managers to provide employees with growth and development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support annual compensation and reward processes.
- Contribute to market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Help align performance and contribution with reward outcomes.
Team Support & Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to HR colleagues in various locations.
- Build a consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR service.
- Promote a culture of openness, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in senior HR leadership within large-scale organizations.
- Proven success managing global HR functions.
- Deep knowledge of global employment legislation, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong expertise in data-driven HR management, reporting, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
- Track record of designing and executing global HR strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience leading diverse HR teams and developing HR talent.
- Strategic thinker with operational execution capabilities.
