Job Title: Human Resources Strategist

The GRAI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Strategist to play a vital role in shaping our organisation's culture and ensuring compliance with our regulations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the GRAI's mission and values.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.

They will also be skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Human Resources Strategist will contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
