
Corporate Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide day-to-day human resources advice and support to Managers and Employees of designated departments on the full range of Human Resource issues.
The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of an efficient Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day human resources advice and support to Managers and Employees of designated departments.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of an efficient Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resource Generalist/Operational role.
- Experience in a relevant Health Care Human Resources Department is desirable.
- Have significant experience of managing recruitment.
- Have significant experience of HR legislation, implementing HR policies and procedures and the provision of a comprehensive HR advisory service.
- Be open to challenge, change and variety with a flexible and organised approach to work organisation.
- A high degree of confidentiality, integrity and initiative/problem solving skills.
- Excellent business partnering skills, communication and IT skills to include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified.
- Hold a HR Third Level Qualification from an accredited institution.
Skills and Competencies:
- A high level of competence in the use of a range of Information Technology Products e.g. to include, Microsoft products and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Good understanding of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to work on own initiative and achieve results.
- Possess a good knowledge/understanding of Human Resource issues and current employment practices.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Be able to demonstrate a good level of consultation and negotiations skills.
- Be open to challenge, change and variety with a flexible and organised approach to work organisation.
- A high degree of confidentiality, integrity, initiative and problem solving skills.
