What You'll Be Doing
  • Employee Relations: Be a trusted advisor on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Help us find and welcome the best talent.
  • Performance & Development: Drive growth through performance reviews and training initiatives.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Keep us aligned with the latest legislation and best practices.
  • Absence & Leave Management: Support wellbeing through effective absence tracking and return-to-work processes.
  • HR Administration: Keep our records sharp and support payroll and audits.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee our company vehicles in line with policy.
What You Bring
  • CIPD – NFG Level 7 or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and knowledge of health & safety legislation.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Familiarity with HR Locker or iTrent HR systems.
  • Training in coaching or mediation.
