Senior Human Resource Professional

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth. This role plays a vital part in delivering operational excellence, ensuring compliance with employment law, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class HR services to current and prospective employees.
  • Process monthly pay and benefits administration, focusing on automation and process improvement.
  • Support new hire induction, liaise with support services to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Lead probation management, providing advice to managers while ensuring adherence to employment law.
  • Be a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on HR matters to managers and employees.
  • Maintain and evolve staff handbooks and HR policies to reflect best practices and legal standards.
  • Manage HRIS to meet legislative and company requirements, supporting HR metrics reporting with analytical tools.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and projects shaping the future of our workplace.
  • Oversee wellbeing agenda, partnering with external providers and promoting events supporting employee health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HR systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
  • 5-7 years' experience in a HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with process improvement and HR automation tools is a plus.
