Human Resources Professional

At a leading organization, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to deliver strategic and day-to-day support across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing effective HR initiatives that drive business success and workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align learning and development programs with the overall People Strategy to support organisational goals and workforce capability.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff to identify current and future learning needs across all levels of the organisation.
  • Coordinate and deliver meaningful training opportunities, including workshops, e-learning, and external development programs.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification or higher in Human Resources or a related field, as well as 3-5 years' experience in a generalist or business partner HR role. They will possess strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and policy development, and be proficient in HRIS and data tools such as Microsoft Excel.
