Job Title: Interim HR Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR support across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes, including report creation and calculations, for 2 legal entities.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Main point of contact for healthcare and pension providers.
  • Perform data reconciliation and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Support the HRBP in analyzing absenteeism trends and employee metrics.
  • Initiate income protection application processes and provide relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • Certificate or Diploma level in Human Resources or related field.
