Human Resources Manager Role

Join a dynamic team as a key player in our HR function.

  • Manage the entire HR process for assigned employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify trends and address employee absence and turnover effectively.
  • Provide expert advice and support to management on various HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
  • Prepare regular reports for the HR Manager on all HR-related issues.
  • Handle contract, payroll, and reference administration efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Possess a relevant degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Develop effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
