Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to lead our team in the design, implementation, and governance of HR policies and procedures. This involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.

About the Role: As a subject matter expert on HR compliance, you will provide accurate and legally sound advice and guidance to managers and leaders. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive a culture of compliance and accountability, ensuring policies meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Monitoring legislative changes and providing expert guidance on complex compliance matters
