This is a Human Capital Operations role that requires you to collaborate closely with global teams to enhance system processes and provide HR support.
As part of our Dublin office expansion, we are seeking an expert to work on Workday employee data management, position management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes and regulations in the EMEA region, with strong working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Become a subject matter expert in all Human Capital Operations activities and business processes.
- Process hires, exits, transfers, and other employee data changes in Workday.
- Support position management and reporting in Workday and Greenhouse.
- Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm.

Key RequirementsWe are looking for someone with 18 months of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm.
