Facilities Maintenance Associate

This is an excellent chance to work with our maintenance team as a Part-Time Building Maintenance Assistant. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and has a keen eye for detail.
About the Role:
- Effectively manage daily workload, utilizing resources for painting, decorating, and general maintenance tasks.
- Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure maintenance work meets high professional and safety standards at all times.
- Comply strictly with health and safety regulations and HACCP procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Safe Pass certification is a plus for this position.
- Qualifications in painting would be desirable.
- Self-motivated individuals able to prioritize tasks effectively are required.
- Detail-oriented and standards-driven professionals are essential for this role.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Flexibility in working hours is necessary.
- Good command of English language skills are required.
