Enterprise Test and Quality Assurance Leadership

A seasoned Test and QA expert is sought to drive change and continuous improvement in a transformative journey.
- Take ownership of the testing strategy, planning, and execution for ERP systems and business applications.
- Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of enterprise platforms with a focus on supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and business process improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in QA leadership, test automation with enterprise systems, and collaborative working skills.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise application projects.
- Drive test automation strategy and implement tools and frameworks where appropriate.
- Establish and operate a high-performing combined Test and software QA function that ensures all applications meet predefined QA standards.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our Business Transformation initiatives.
Requirements- Proven experience (5+ years) in QA/Test leadership roles, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects, including SAP, Deltek, and iPaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and best practices for enterprise applications.
