Operational Improvement Specialist

About the Role

This challenging position involves working with clients to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

You will be responsible for conducting data analysis, process observations and client interviews to gain a deep understanding of business operations.

Utilizing our proven methodology, you will deliver sustainable results and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and identify process barriers and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tools to enhance employee productivity.
  • Critically assess client management systems and processes.
  • Design and implement new processes to drive overall profitability.
  • Evaluate financial models to express the impact of operational changes.
  • Confer with project staff to outline work plans and assign responsibilities.
  • Establish and maintain effective client engagement.
  • Coach and mentor employees to adopt changes and manage areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering science or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting, preferably in implementation-based firms.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis skills in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to various working environments.
