A Business Operations Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a key role in our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and developing effective solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the financial services domain and core banking systems.
- They will engage with stakeholders to define project scope, understand business requirements, problem statements, and pain areas.
- The role involves identifying key stakeholders and conducting stakeholder analysis, as well as supporting the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
- The successful candidate will participate in client requirement workshops, identify gaps, and propose high-level solutions.
- They will analyze business requirements, liaise with clients/project teams, and prepare business process documents like BRDs, User Stories, Discussion Logs, Workflows etc.
- The role requires participation in solution design, ensuring requirements are duly addressed, and updating the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- The selected candidate will make recommendations to positively impact operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and provide a better customer experience.
- They will conduct relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience of implementing Temenos Core Banking System, designing thinking, and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in multicultural and multinational teams, and have a positive attitude towards engaging with different stakeholders.
