Job Title: Tax Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tax Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities that drive value for our shareholders while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

You will monitor Strategic Business Units' tax-related issues and provide guidance on the tax implications of their activities in EMEA, aiming to maximize tax savings. Your expertise in tax controversy strategy and advocacy will also be invaluable in representing our company's position in tax examinations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in various compliance-related activities, including monitoring organizational structures, reviewing annual tax filings prepared by outside service providers, and providing income tax data for our financial reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
