Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities and enquiries within a dynamic fleet operations environment. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and logistical skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Manage supplier relationships to achieve high levels of efficiency.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate vehicle sales processes and return vehicle inspections.
  • Conduct weekly stock management checks across all sites.
  • Handle internal customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A full clean driver's license with a minimum of two years' experience.
  • At least one year's experience in an administrative/customer-facing role within a vehicle rental company or similar organization.
  • A good knowledge of commercial and passenger vehicles.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A high level of IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
