About this Job
  • Support deal teams with due diligence and draft contract review, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Review contracts, capture key data, and manage setup in the contract management system for seamless execution.
  • Oversight of Lessee and Contingent Insurances, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing risk.
  • Manage rent, overdue interest calculations, invoicing, collections, security deposits, and letters of credit for optimal financial performance.
  • Track and manage contract milestones, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating timely completion.
