Site Supervisor Job Opportunity

This role is available for a highly skilled and experienced site supervisor to oversee the execution of civil engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to civil engineering projects.
    • Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
    • Main point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation and ability to enforce it on site.
  • Previous experience working on civil engineering projects (roads, drainage, infrastructure, etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant construction-related qualifications or trade background would be beneficial.
  • A valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling Certificate, and any other required certifications.
  • A strong understanding of site management software and basic IT skills.
