Project Lead

The Project Lead will oversee complex civil works in County Kerry, leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. This pivotal role involves executing energy infrastructure projects that align with strategic goals, sustainability ambitions, and values.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) excellence throughout every project phase.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to engineers, operatives, and subcontractors.
  • Plan and manage civil works to meet programme milestones and align with strategic energy objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budget control, resource management, design coordination, and contract administration.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and public stakeholders as a trusted ambassador for the business.
  • Align procurement and delivery strategies with environmental objectives and long-term value creation.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, and public works contract requirements.
  • Report regularly on progress and contribute to the company's culture of learning and innovation.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland.
  • 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role, ideally in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement frameworks, and energy-sector delivery models.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
  • Full working rights in Ireland and a full clean Irish/EU driver's licence.
