Senior Environmental Consultant

At this leading international engineering consultancy, you will be working on a wide range of energy generation projects. With offices across the UK and Ireland, employing over 170 people, this business offers a strong local foothold and significant technical expertise across all engineering disciplines.



This role involves supplementing the existing team with an experienced Environmental Consultant specializing in environmental permitting and compliance projects. The position can be based in either the Belfast or Dublin office.

Your Role as a Senior Environmental Consultant

You will work as part of a growing, multi-disciplinary team in Belfast, collaborating with peers across all UK offices. This role offers the chance to get involved in diverse projects including renewable energy, energy storage, industrial decarbonization, and hydrogen production.



Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Environmental Science or similar (Masters preferred)
  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional body such as IEMA or CIWEM
  • Significant experience working with all aspects of environmental permitting and compliance
  • Proven project management skills
