About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to take on the role of Associate Director, Renewable Energy. As a senior member of our energy team, you will be responsible for leading project delivery and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Undertake technical and delivery roles on projects within the team, with a focus on the Northern Ireland market;">
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth;">
  • Review and generate technical and contractual information from internal and external sources;">
  • Liaise with clients, manage project work, and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets;">
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary design of energy infrastructure;">
  • Respond to technical queries raised by site teams, as necessary;">
  • Act as lead verifier on reports, including technical feasibility studies and design reports;">
  • Direct junior members of staff and mentor graduate engineers.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a background in civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental or project management experience in the energy sector, with a high degree of technical competency.

You will also possess:

  • A BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering;">
  • Chartered status or actively working towards chartership;">
  • Experience of leading or making significant contributions to projects in one or more areas, such as onshore wind, offshore wind, large-scale solar PV, hydroelectric design, thermal generation, and industrial energy processes.">
