We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Civil and Environmental Engineering team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring junior staff.

  • Oversee civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining quality standards.">

Requirements:

  • Level 8 or 9 qualification in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field.">
  • Chartered Engineer status.">
  • At least 15 years of design and project leadership experience.">
  • Proven multi-disciplinary design management skills.">
  • Stakeholder management experience.">
  • Track record of business growth.">
  • Budget management skills.">
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.">
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach.">
  • Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.">
  • Willingsness to participate in site visits and meetings.">
  • Valid full driving license.">
