We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.
About the Role:
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack: Active Directory, Azure, Office365.
- Extensive experience in both Level 2 and 3 Support.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary package (€50,000 – €55,000).
- Annual bonus (10%).
- Comprehensive benefits package (12% pension, healthcare, 25 AL Days).
About Us:
- We are a rapidly expanding global leader in the Financial Services space.
- We invest heavily in our technology landscape and are currently undergoing several large-scale migration projects, including the migration of all our core internal and external systems to Cloud (Azure).
This is an ideal position for someone who has gained exposure to Level 2 and 3 support and is looking for an opportunity to gain exposure to Level 4 complex queries. Ideally, you will have had exposure to Active Directory, Intune, and Azure Cloud. The position is hybrid, initially onsite 4 days a week to reduce down to 2 after probation.
