Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Services & Support Engineer to join our technical services team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services, working with both hardware and software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support and implementation of security and access control products.
  • Manage technical support cases through helpdesk tools, delivering in-depth troubleshooting and practical solution recommendations for complex issues.
  • Lead technical training and consultation, including custom installations and API integration support, ensuring clients gain maximum value from the solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical and business needs, analyze requirements, and define tailored solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement custom solutions; oversee deployment from setup to post-launch, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, enhance performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Support, Implementation, or a similar role, ideally in SaaS, IT, or enterprise solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages (Swedish, French, Spanish, Italian) are a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-level technical training to clients or internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: C#, Python, SQL, Flutter, MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, databases, and security principles.
  • Additional advantages include: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, Exposure to CRM/ERP systems, Knowledge of deployment and integration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
