Senior Technical Specialist

  • The primary focus of this role is to be the main point of contact for complex customer issues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and maintain ownership until resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve escalated customer issues with minimal oversight from management

  • Self-prioritize work items based on customer requirements and minimal guidance

Act as a resource for less senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve specific customer issues

Provide clear issue documentation and leverage cross-functional working relationships in your area of expertise

Prioritize problem reports for the Engineering team

Write and review complex technical articles and case studies for the knowledge base

Participate in training new team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills are essential

A successful candidate will have a strong background in technical customer support and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
