Market Research & Ongoing Reporting
  • Conduct thorough market research and gather insights relevant to the target segments, sector, and labour market.
  • Present findings to key stakeholders to inform future marketing activities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance data.
Planning & Implementation
  • Collaborate with the Senior Engagement and Marketing Manager to create and update marketing plans.
  • Implement approved marketing campaigns across various platforms and assist in coordinating with media outlets.
  • Maintain campaign schedules and timelines, ensuring seamless coordination between HR and hiring managers.
  • Liaise with the recruitment department to align marketing campaigns with recruitment and onboarding efforts.
  • Work with external vendors and partners, such as creative and media agencies.
Content Creation
  • Develop engaging marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines, showcasing the employer value proposition and increasing job applications.
  • Create 'thumb-stopping' content adapted to various channels, highlighting the organisation's unique selling points.
Events & Community Engagement
  • Support event operations and assist in execution.
  • Deliver effective communications and engage with schools, third-level institutions, local groups, and sports organisations as part of the outreach program.
  • Execute local outreach activities to engage with target audiences.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong project, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience, ideally working with HR/Hiring Managers and Senior professionals.
  • Design and video skills, with ability to create template-based visual assets using design and video tools.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in public sector is a plus.
