Label Artwork Specialist

Job Description:

The Label Coordinator is a crucial role responsible for managing and maintaining label artwork and files. This involves cross-functional communication, detailed record-keeping, and hands-on artwork updates to support the supply chain, commercial, production, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain label files, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for production and customer needs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding label artwork development and provide regular updates on label development timelines and readiness.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless label delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience in artwork creation, graphic design, or label coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with label compliance and printing standards is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and QuarkXPress (QXP) is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • ERP system familiarity (e.g., QAD).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for working with customers, supply chain, and production teams.
