Electronics Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our global team in developing innovative manufacturing solutions for next-generation surgical instruments. As a key member of our Advanced Operations team, you will work closely with design engineers, subject matter experts, and manufacturing stakeholders to drive results.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement manufacturing approaches and concepts for powered ENT instrumentation, working closely with a global, multi-functional team. You will also be responsible for investigating ways to manufacture/assemble electronics into powered instrumentation, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and leading process validation efforts.
- Developing and implementing manufacturing solutions for electronics components and associated assembly processes.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Leading process validation efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- B.S in Automation / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering (Level 8), or related engineering discipline with 4 or more years' experience or a related master's degree.
- Strong understanding of electronics design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process validation and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel to US with 6 – 8 weeks' notice is essential. Up to 20% travel associated with this role.
