Maintenance Supervisor Role

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the daily operations of our engineering function. This encompasses setting priorities, planning preventive maintenance, resolving equipment issues, and collaborating with external contractors/suppliers.

This is an office manager-type role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the team's tasks, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

  • Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians, aligning them to the company's vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Liaise with the Maintenance Manager to agree on performance standards across all facilities.
  • Assist in preparing a 5-year capital replacement plan.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, optimizing delivery and cost savings.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.

Key qualifications include:

  • A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing maintenance operations and service delivery.

Requirements

This is a permanent, full-time role based in North/West Dublin. The working hours are flexible, allowing for early morning starts or late finishes.
