Job Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of project deliverables on-site, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate on-site activities together with the Project Manager, including necessary resources, equipment, and milestones.
  • Establish effective communication between customers and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
  • Oversee the site from receiving the assigned area until handing it back to the customer upon completion.
  • Serve as a project representative on site, fostering strong relationships with customers and other local stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of equipment and materials to prevent damage.
  • Report goods received to project logistics promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for each work package, compliant with the project health and safety plan.
  • Provide training to on-site resources and promote proactive health and safety considerations throughout the project.
  • Monitor and control project costs for site work, tracking actual spend against forecasts, and estimating final costs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained, and revisions are used for construction work on site.
  • Manage sub-contractors to achieve quality and progress targets within agreed timelines and standards.
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager on site activities, HSE, quality, progress, and cost.
