We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill a key role in our business. This position requires a strong understanding of beer dispense equipment installation and removal, as well as knowledge of refrigeration related to beer dispense.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in service-related roles and be able to work closely with our clients to drive improvement in beer quality across the region.
This is a 6-month long-term sickness backfill position that offers the opportunity to support our Field Quality Manager (Service) in the South East Diageo sales territory, with potential to work in other regions depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Improve beer quality across the region by working closely with our clients and utilizing results from surveys conducted by our Dispense Team.
- Identify and resolve serious beer dispense issues by serving as a senior point of escalation for beer dispense issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert on beer dispense best practices for our On-Trade customers and advise them on improving their beer dispense systems.
- Audit and approve improvements to beer dispense cooling systems before providing financial support through our cold room grant program.
- Support our Service Manager with surveying, planning, and resource allocation for service work and ensure quality standards are met.
- 3-5 years' experience in service-related roles.
- Strong understanding of beer dispense equipment installation and removal.
- Knowledge of refrigeration related to beer dispense.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain client and customer relationships professionally.
