Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Professional to join our team as a key member of the project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.

The role involves coordinating and supervising various stages of construction, including setting out and checking works, scheduling, and liaising with sub-contractors and site personnel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to drive and motivate team members to increase productivity and ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Experience with commercial / RC frame projects
  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an engineering role with a main contractor
  • Ability to use setting out instruments
  • Competent in aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
