We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow and information exchange between the workshop, warranty team, dealership, and customers while delivering excellent customer service.
- Determine service requirements and diagnose vehicle issues where necessary.
- Foster understanding and agreement with customers on work to be performed.
- Calculate workshop capacity and ensure accurate data entry into the service loading system.
- Oversee handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for delighting customers at every opportunity.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or retail, and strong customer service background.
- A genuine passion for customer service and care.
- Able to establish trust with customers by providing accurate information about their vehicles.
