Job Opportunity: Experienced Service Engineers are required to provide comprehensive service support to customers, including commissioning, servicing, repairs, calibration, and validation of equipment on-site to meet required specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service support to customers, ensuring their equipment is functioning efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, performing necessary repairs promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed Service Reports for all work carried out, obtaining customer signatures.
  • Ensure adherence to site safety rules, participating in customer site inductions.
  • Provide on-site training to both customers and colleagues as required.
  • Participate in the on-call rota for after-hours support.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Produce technical documentation in clear, accurate English when needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team, contributing to overall success.
  • Be available and willing to travel to various client sites within the designated region.

Essential Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Electrical or Electro-Mechanical certifications/training.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Valid Safe Pass certification.
  • Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate.
