Job Description

We are seeking a Service Delivery Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of services to clients.

The ideal candidate will monitor weekly all cases and requests coming from clients, act as the single point of contact for service-related queries, prioritize and escalate when necessary, and ensure all cases are managed according to the service level agreement.

The Service Delivery Manager builds a relationship of trust with clients, provides guidance and support to internal teams, and owns agreed service improvement plans and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Monitor and manage client queues to ensure service level agreement adherence
  • Rhythm of Business: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly rhythm of business with assigned clients
  • Escalations and Incidents: Manage clients' escalations and incidents to full recovery and provide regular update communication
  • SLA Adherence: Ensure respect of SLA for delivery
  • Service Improvement: Own agreed service improvement plans and reporting
  • Training and Support: Provide and/or organize training and support to clients to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least a first experience working in a similar role and services provider, fluency in English and/or French, and excellent communication skills.
