Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and deliver customer service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on customer service requests and other related information.
- Ensure that all stock and services supplied to customers are suitable and appropriate.
- Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
- Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
- A full clean Irish/ EU Driving License.
- Ability to work and prioritise workload within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy.
