Job Role

The Service Delivery Manager oversees the management of services to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.



Responsibilities
  • Manage performance across three key areas: Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Profitability.
  • Develop and implement forecasting processes for team costs and project revenues on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Regularly review actual performance against forecasts, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies for assigned accounts and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to service design and support for service implementation.
  • Maintain high standards for quality and compliance across the team.
  • Manage customer escalations, issues, problems, and requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure business continuity by managing knowledge and mitigating risks.
  • Achieve targets and drive improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Explore opportunities within existing customers for new or additional work.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop new opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with customers to understand their needs and preferences.


Travel Requirements

Occasional travel to Shannon is required.



Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management in a similar position.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft infrastructure, particularly in a Managed Services environment.
  • Experience in service delivery in IT services, preferably infrastructure.
  • Ability to drive revenue opportunities and manage resources effectively.
  • Forecasting skills, including monthly forecasting of gross profit accounting for team costs and recurring and additional project revenues and costs.
  • Pre-sales experience, including leading and contributing to contracts, tenders, bids, and other sales activities.
