Job Title:

Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our digital managed service agreements teams. This role will be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships, managing service delivery, and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading IT/OT systems on life sciences manufacturing sites, including PAS, PLC, HMI, OEM, BMS, Historian, and MES. Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT/OT systems on life sciences manufacturing sites, including PAS, PLC, HMI, OEM, BMS, Historian, and MES.
  • Drive and promote a safe site culture across the business.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple managed services agreements to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional disciplinary teams to align services with client expectations and company standards.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies across managed services agreements.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
