About the Role

This is a mid-senior level human resources role, requiring a professional with experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drawing on extensive experience, provide comprehensive HR roadmaps and support organizations through significant changes, including scaling, restructuring, and mass hiring.
  • Translate complex business agendas into actionable strategies, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive organizational growth.
  • Coach business leaders on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement people programs from the ground up, driving positive outcomes through measurable results.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in technology or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of influencing without authority, working effectively with senior leaders, HR peers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive decision-making.
  • Ability to design and implement people programs from the ground up, with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be hands-on and strategic.
